The famous basketball player named Derrick Rose was badly injured during a fourth quarter game. His appearance showed that he had been in a Bulls game which takes place at the end of the season rather than the playoff game of Blackhawks.

Rose received a hard foul from the player Charlie Villanueva as the journeyman Rose drove forward in the lane of the fourth quarter. The foul took place exactly across the nose bridge and led to severe bleeding. At the same time Villanueva even received a flagrant foul.

Rose is usually very reserved and he doesn’t comment on whatever the result of the game may be, or how the game had been won or lost. But this time sports betting, he severely reacted and his reactions showed that he was totally pissed off with Villanueva. He said, “The thing that had hit me was thought to be a basket ball.” The player Villanueva, who had hit him, had hit him intentionally in the face. Rose also notified that Villanueva was very much concerned about what he himself was doing and there was a specific reason behind it. Villanueva commented that Rose is mad.

At the same time, Rose is also believed to be sick of people who try taking cheap shots at him. In this regard he said, “Probably, I don’t talk too much and keep myself silent but if such situation arises, it may so happen that I may react in a peculiar ways if the topics are very well against me.” He said to Villanueva that he needs to keep his concentration on the ball rather than hitting the opponent players with the ball. May be he thinks that Rose is mad but Rose may get mad if situations are unnecessarily against him. Rose is believed to be the last person who complains against anything.

Rose is very much frustrated with the situation and people tell that he has the right to be so. Rose is also welcome for being a superstar. Comments against this reaction are such that it defines superstar to be someone who is capable of filling all the empty seats in the basketball stadium.

When some player tends to be a superstar, there may be opponent players who might try to stand against him. They may also knock the superstar down for their victory. Rose‘s reaction proves that there is the prevalence of a bounty system even in the National Basketball Association.

Kevin Durant makes a superb performance, racks up fifty-one points, and thus helps Thunder to secure a comfortable victory. The performance was truly a superb performance of the ongoing NBA season. The lifetime performance of Kevin Durant enabled Oklahoma City to win against Denver. The score line read 124-118 in favor of Oklahoma. Thunder prevailed over Nuggets owing to the superb performance of Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant. Jeremy Lin who was out of form for a long time ultimately found his form that has deserted him for a while now.

The 2012 sensation Jeremy Lin scored as many as twenty-eight points as well as claimed to have fourteen assists. It was mainly due to the remarkable performance that New York Knicks managed to ride past Dallas by a margin of 104-97. Jared Dudley managed to score a season best twenty-five points. This amazing performance by Jared Dudley helped Phoenix to come up triumph.

The season best performance by Jared Dudley and Marcin Gortat helped Phoenix to end a four straight losing streak. The win finally came against Los Angeles Lakers by a comfortable victory margin of 102-90. Miami managed to register a straight sixth win. The straight sixth win was due to the blood cuddling performance of Dwayne Wade.

The win was by a comfortable margin of 90-78. The in-form player Rodney Stuckey scored a comfortable 16 points. The stupendous performance of Rodney Stuckey enabled Detroit to win the seventh straight competition. This win was the seventh in an overall of nine games. This score margin was 96-81 in favor of Detroit.

This was certainly a disastrous result for the Boston side. The disappointing season for Charlotte continues as they slumped to as many as seventeen losses from the eighteen encounters that have faced so far. Truly, the disappointing season for Charlotte never really seems to end.

Charlotte suffered a tremendous loss to Indiana as they lost by a big margin of 108-73. Start player and debutant gained as many as eighteen vital points. Houston overcame a late resistance by Utah and successfully managed to win by a margin of 101-85. The victory of margin was comfortable considering the late instant surge by Utah. Ersan Ilyasova made a significant contribution in helping Milwaukee to end a four match continuous losing spree. Milwaukee gained a comfortable victory over New Jersey by a comfortable margin of 92-85. In another game, Cleveland rode past Sacramento.

For all those die hard fans of NBA Basket ball around the globe, catch up with some latest news at NBA. News that will break many hearts is that Lower back strain forces Jason Kidd to leave his game against Spurs. Dallas Maverick’s point guard Jason Kidd is forced to leave his game against Spurs because of severe lower back strain. His fans are really going to be disappointed as his return to the game is doubtful. In the first quarter Kidd played a11:32 and he checked out soon after that going to his locker room. Jason Kidd had to miss both his shots. He had to turn it over with the help of three assists.

Paul Westphal has been fired from the position of Sacramento coach. When your stars are not supporting you, everything goes against you. This is absolutely true in the case of Paul Westphal, the recently fired Sacramento coach. According to sources, it was the locker room confusion and locker room dissention, which led to the firing of Westphal. The new coach, will be Keith Smart from Thursday night when the Kings will meet the Bucks. Some of the reasons quoted for Westphal’s firing are of course the team’s performance. The team was not playing well in cases of both offense and defense. Westphal’s record was 51-120 in the two plus seasons. Then there was the issue with Demarkus Cousins. All these issues paved for an exit of Westphal as Sacramento coach.

Another bad news is that, Kobe Bryant gets pre-game shots in his wrist it seems that Los Angeles Laker’ sKobe Bryant is having problems with his torn lunotriquetral ligament. He is getting shots at his wrist before every game to ease the pain due to his torn ligament. It was during a lake season loss to the LosAngeles Clippers Kobe suffered a right wrist injury. As a result, he had to miss the pre season finale. He played in all seven of the Laker’ games.

Miami heat had a tough time as it had to play against Atlanta Hawks without its famous stars Lebron James and Wade as both of them suffered injuries. Lebron had an injured left angle while wade suffered from an injured left foot. Therefore, it was Chris Bosh, who scored 33 points and Heat beat Atlanta Hawks 116-119 on Thursday night. Mario Chalmers scored 22 of 29 points after the third quarter. Stay tuned for more live action from NBA, and in the meantime check out this site to get your fill of excitement.

“Easy Ed”, as known to many of from the previous generations, Ed Macauley was announced dead from St. Louis University press unit on November 9, 2011. He was a championship match-winner for St. Louis Hawks, and also one of the first NBA stars to have graced the basketball court. While he first took the Billikens to a title winner in 1948, he was already in the Hall of Fame in 1960. Through the late 1940s and 50s, he had played for multiple NBA teams. However, he is also remembered as a personality who changed the power structure of the NBA association over his most influential years as an active player. Easy Ed was also one of the major contributors as a coach in later years.
The legend towered six feet eight inches, and was one of the most inspiring players in the NBA circuit. His status as a basketball legend came through not only as a dominating player on the court, but also as a figure of inspiration to dozens of future basketball legends. Macauley started playing for St. Louis in the later part of the 1950s, and was involved in a number of major victories making the side one of the most intimidating for its opponents. At the time of retiring, the player had an astounding average of 17.5 per game. Later as basketball history would recall, he coached the Hawks for reasons that could be no better justified than by his love for the team, and the missed opportunities for his absence.
Ed will always be remembered for his spirited presence and the championship victory he won the St. Louis University back in 1948 in the NIT Championship. The match took place in New York’s Madison Square Garden, but when the team arrived at Union Station after half-a-week, 15,000 basketball lovers awaited to greet them. And few would argue that it was the beginning of a new era in American basketball. Macauley then became one of the best captains ever, and his teammates always recalled how he would inspire them with his typically witty humor one never needed any time to get used to. If you are looking to make a bet online then why not come and check out all of the latest betting odds at coral today. Pregame meal, massage, long shooting workout on the court more than two hours before tip-off.
When he’ll do all that again remains anyone’s guess.
Wade and Heat teammates LeBron Jamesand Chris Boshwere among the headliners Saturday night in the South Florida All-Star Classic, an exhibition game featuring nine NBA All-Stars at Florida International. On the 100th day since the NBA lockout was announced—and with Commissioner David Stern having said the first two weeks of the regular season may be canceled as early as Monday—fans and players were both jittery over the immediate future.
“This is very unfortunate, this situation, to be in when you have two sides that at the end of the day have the same goal, just two different ways of getting there,” Wade said in an interview with The Associated Press. “We both want to grow this game. We both want the NBA to be as good as it can. We want everyone to succeed. But we both have two different ways of getting there.

Both sides in the NBA labor negotiations agree that if the owners and players do not make significant progress in CBA talks soon, then logistics will dictate that the scheduled Nov. 1 start of the regular season will become impossible.
The assumption is that, like in the 1998-99 lockout, a delayed start to the season would lead to games being canceled. Is it possible, however, that a full season could simply start later and run deeper into the summer?
On Monday, commissioner David Stern did not rule this out.
“As we said to the players, everything is negotiable,” Stern said after the sides met in small groups Monday in New York for about five hours. Yet, Stern added, “we haven’t ever discussed this; it would be really great if we could start the season on time.”
A shortened season has various drawbacks. Depending on how long it lasts, the loss of games can cut into ticket and corporate sponsorship revenues that the owners and players share. It can also affect TV revenues, which vary on both a national and local level, but are important to both the players and owners. It also is a stain on the league’s brand. And if you ask the 1999 champion Spurs, it is also cause for rivals to question the meaning of short-season accomplishments. Shaquille O’Neal famously said the Spurs’ title should be marked by an asterisk.
